I think it really is worth it. It becomes second nature so quickly and doesn't interfere with the rest of your life at all - unless you're not actually going to be at home, of course. As ina said, no kneading - I do "bend and snap" it a couple of times (my gal's and my name for the stretch and fold technique - with grateful thanks to Legally Blonde

) but that takes 30 seconds tops.
