If you mean refuse i.e. say no,as opposed to reuse i.e. rubbish,couldn't agree more.

I think it's refuse as in don't take what's offered, don't buy just to keep up with the Jones's...

Yes I did mean refuse as in saying No.

Like "no thanks I don't want a bag". Like "no thanks I don't want a receipt for something costing 30p". Like "no thanks, I really don't see the need for a telly even if you think I'm missing the soaps".

Ha - I know that one... But I'm sure we'll find a cheap/free one for you, you don't have to go without... Nevermind what I actually want!

It's possible to rename this area, but I'm not at all sure whether or not that would mean that all posts associated with the old name would disappear. I don't think that would happen, but I'll check with He Who Knows All.
