Done. I'd missed that one...

I'll never understand the reasoning people come up with to justify that!

Try living in Ireland, there is no help for people like that here either

I know. But I'd always thought that at least Ireland is a bit closer (geographically, if nothing else) to somewhere you could go for help.

Don't get me started. If the help is that you have to get on a plane or ferry and go to another country where you have no friends or family, abortion is also illegal in Northern Ireland. So many girls and women have made that awful pilgrimage, so really we are no better than Paraguay as the foetus has more rights than the mother here, I fear the same decision would be made here if a young girl were in this same situation.

This sounds as if a ten year old in Ireland was to become pregnant the government would force her to continue with the birth, is that correct ?
I hope you have a pleasant Journey Through Life

To each his own, including the belief of their right of self will and conviction. Politics and a females right to choose to not start a family don't mix. A 10 year old would fall under the parents decision and responsibilities in this girls case. I guess 7 billion people on a polluted earth isn't enough.
A girl in this world
