No crosses though as I'm an atheist.

Lovely, none for me though, thanks. Diet prohibits them - this year. I don't suppose they'll save so I'll have some of next years batch.

I didn't even know that Hot Cross Buns were associated with Good Friday, and the Crucifixion. I knew they were a seasonal food, and used to enjoy eating them. I don't eat them anymore as all the store bought ones have palm oil in. Will have to bake my own in future. Good excuse to get a bread maker perhaps...!?
