Good to have you back again...

Just off out to look at some goats but wanted to welcome you back first.

Hugs.

Ooh thanks Shirlz! Just looking through 12 pages of posts since last visit  . I wish I could save that but it'll be lost as soon as I log off - but then again I really ought to be out there weeding and catching up with all the chores whilst the sun is shining! Oh, just a few more minutes here...... I'm glad to be home anyway.

Yeah, glad all went well M3, and is good to have you back here again!

Will try and give you a quick catch up...mmm... ok, just off the top of my head here's some things that come to mind.

Gunners had an ask and you shall receive moment - and got a heap of free netting!

Ina went AWOL when the beanie auction ended - but Shirlz is onto her...LOL Think she might be having comp probs...

Dave is off tripping someplace with the new ssish theme song "two brains" playing over and over. :dave:

Muddy's been making up stuff about LPG. :drunken:

Merry got robbed, and her allotment shed got done over. Sucks aye?

Some guy from Windsave turned up and a debate began about wind. Had a few newbie recruits arrive for that one, but I don't think they have posted anywhere else.

John has been double, triple and quadruple posting. Hedgewizard is watching John and is ready to donk him with his sceptre. :pale:

We are having a Self-sufficientish Santa. How cool is that, huh? Secret Santas across the sea. Love it. :cooldude:

Andy opened up a new section for Green Building, which is heaps good, cos now my favourite ishness has a place.

Shirlz found a greenhouse made of softdrink bottles, which has impressed me no end and if you want to check it out its in the 101 thread. Tis really really good and I just have to try something with that idea.

Hedgewitch found a brill re-use for lightbulbs too and there might be a few funky Christmas trees in Self sufficient land this year.

Fee has an official Staple Action Plan and is slowly ridding her corner of the world of the little blighters.

Martin has kicked off a movement to dispense of refrigerators and has my full support. Yes, repeat  : I agree with him.

Nev... I think Nev must be having an extended barbie or something. Do you think Nev might be one of those kids that peeks at his Christmas presents under the tree and then wraps them up again? I'm thinking so... :?

Stoney has had an academic flavour this past month. It has got too windy up there, I think, and he had a whopper storm and lost power for a bit. So hauling logs, rocks and catching rabbits by hand has been out, and he is studying something, so he has been looking at stats and exercising his head muscle instead.

Andy has been setting up games that are heaps of fun and waste heaps of my time and I heap getting sidetracked with them. He's been thinking of bacon sangas, and also about picking some flowers for Em. (Which he reallys should do  )

Well M3 - that's about the long and the short of it, I reckon. But am bound to have missed stuff, because I don't visit all the topic threads on here. Been a good month. We got rain on daughter number 2's birthday - a few truckloads that just plain had me dancing and I got a heap of seeding done. Tanks are full. Critters have all been brought in off the paddocks, and are all in close quarters at the mo. Which is nice, but means hand feeding twice a day. Have 20 ducklings in the hatchery. Seeds are sprouting and have a heap more pigeon pea arriving this week for the orchard. Tis the good life, to be sure.

Onya M3

Good to see you back with us!

I've been doing a fair bit of travelling lately and had to put up with board meetings and such so haven't been around as much as I'd like. Home for a couple of weeks so will be around more.

Almost got cleaned up in Melbourne last week in a car accident, am OK but got shook up!
