Hi, I have searched through several pages of posts and can't find anything regarding selling jam commercially so forgive me if it has recently been discused!
I would like to know if you need any inspections or certificates to make jam and curds in your home kitchen and then sell them? I would imagine it would be the case that you need to at least register as other food businesses have to.
Thanks

Interesting question, not sure if I have seen it on this forum. There has been jam sold at church/village fairs for years and they don't have to comply to any regulations. - however, this might be becasue the money is going to a charity or to help the church roof. I might be wrong but I think it is a quantity issue, if you are selling loads then you do have to comply to some regs. 0 like I said I might be wrong.

Not sure where you are but this should be pretty much the same across the whole country.
