I have had a few baby rabbits born of late and was running out of room to house them before they are sold on,

I came up with an ingenious idea of a holding pen from a wardrobe.

I had two wardrobes that i wanted to recycle, so i removed the doors from both layed them down in my garage on their backs put a piece of hardboard through the middle to seperate and some chicken wire across the top and hey presto a new rabbit pen.

1 half for the boys and the other half for the girls.

good plan!

I saw a rat mansion once made from an old shelved cupboard/bookcase. It was along the same lines, except that there were holes cut in the shelves, and the front was a door with chicken wire on it so that the ratties could be cleaned out easier.

I always wanted to make one, then i saw a huge cage at a boot sale for £5, so i bought that instead...
