hello
hello
Hi all from an Australian living in England with some land in Latvia...
Yes, I feel a bit shy about posting but that's why I like this site. It makes it easier to move into self sufficiency without making me feel like I have to do it all at once and be overwhelmed by it. Thanks!
Been green/eco for years but travel too much to really apply myself to plans I have. Garden and grow in the bits of land that come my way, haphazardly, am rabid recycler and do-it-your-selfer. Now my partner and I have a dilapidated old house and some land in Latvia (he's from there), deep in beautiful countryside so there's a chance to put some principles into action. Slowly and unsurely though! Quite overwhelming, erratically attended to with a few complications...we'll see.
Hope everyone's had a lovely weekend, cheers.

Hi Redshoes
:welcomeish:
Love the name... hey, no need to be shy here, just jump right on in and enjoy the banter.
Looking forward to getting to know you better.
