We-e-ll,

My tip would be that they're both too pricey! For small stuff I use a BIG fizzy drinks bottle with the bum cut off, and for rows I put hoops made of wire into the ground and stretch some clear plastic film over them. If it's just a bit of cover for seedlings, then I'd use the clear lid of a propagator which you can buy for next to nothing.
