I read this on the BGG website:

http://www.big-green-gathering.com/index.php?pageid=226

I've emailed for info, and he says i need to ring him. I'll try and do it either when i get to work later, or tomorrow. Looks interesting!

I figured it might be a good learning opportunity.

I'll ring him at some point to find out about it. The swimming pool could well be a natural pool - that'd be nice.

Might be good practice for 'Ish Village'...

Just found out about all this, Way to late to get there this year,
No chance of getting time of work with such [Very] Short notice,
but plan to go next year, sounds a great event & a lot of Fun, and a chance to meet up with other forum members,
and better still only 2-3 hours drive from my home :cooldude: .

Ooooh. Now there's an idea. I shall be unemployed from October so the timing's perfect. Presumably I could take the chooks, I wonder about the cats? Rent my house out for 6 months and take up residence in a luxury house with a swimming pool, rent free. Hmmm, sounds appealing. Just a shame about the TV cameras though. Might have to give it a miss on that score.
