still trying to grow up

Post: # 6669Post mr potato »

Hi everybody
this is a message to the world
find someone similar who can admire your beetroots you can't go wrong really.
I am an inner city grower who grows things in every place you can imagine I run an allotment project in Liverpool for homeless people as therapy for them and me for food and for soul food I am a mad composter failed veg grower mad on tomatoes and potatoes.

I run healthy living programmes for wayward city folk including me and trying to establish an alternative energy centre here in Liverpool City Centre I want to see ordinary people have access to knowledge and enable them to give it a go small wind turbine and so on............... :cat:
I am keen to keep hens a bit worried what my friends might think as none of my mates are really into this SS stuff. But I do't care I will continue to make mistakes and try and change the world if not tomorrow then by the end of the week.
I did not set out to write all of this but what the hell..................
see you
mrp

Hi tattie man (sorry, that's Scottish for Mr potato!)

Don't worry what your "friends" think about your ideas, you'll soon find new friends here who are just as mad as you are. Only we don't think we are mad, we think the others are...

Welcome to the site!

Hellloooooooooo Mr P!!!

Good on ya...

As a keeper of hens... I say GO GET SOME :D don't worry about your friends... they will all likely eat eggs in some shape or form... and most will also eat chicken too!! At least your chooks that you keep will be healhy, and not force fed antibiotics and kept in cramped conditions for most of their lives.

~I have to say, I think what you are doing is just fantastic - keep up the great work...

Shirlz xx

I should think they all do Gunners, but preferably when it has been rotted down or it will burn the veggies as it's pretty strong stuff!

I never said hello before, Mr Potato. So hello and welcome!
