What to plant now

hello guys, im a bit of a newbie and would like to know what to plant at the moment (fruit and veg), and also what else to plant during the year, i assume different veg need to be planted at different times of year, is this correct?

If you are quick, you can still get broad beans in and garlic... And fruit trees and bushes will be ok to plant for some time to come, provided it's not frozen! Everything else will probably have to wait until next year. But maybe get yourself organized (unlike me :oops: ), and make a plan of what to plant where (don't forget a rotation on your veggie plot); and find yourself a propagator or a suitable spot in your house (windowsill with some warmth and light) to start off seeds as early as February. Or you could build a coldframe, for an early start outside. (I'll probably do as I usually do - get everything in 2 months late and end up with my first tomatoes in October!)
