licensed poultry slaughterman?

Does anyone know of a licensed [or very experienced] poultry slaughterman in the Bury / Bolton area. I'm waiting to go on a course with the HSA but I wont be ready in time to do the deed for christmas. I only have two turkeys to do this christmas.
Ive had numerous offers from people but they involved broom handles and stuff so I said no. My birds have had a blessed life - I want their death to be as short, sharp and stress free as possible.
