wiggling toes in the fire of intarweb friendship

Post: # 77612Post mrsflibble »

yo peeps.
well, it's been nothing if not eventful recently. a word of caution, if you have talktalk as your internet and phone provider DO NOT MOVE HOUSE.

we have moved *gazes around office room in wonderment*.
it's bigger than the flat, it's got a garden, it's walking distance from the town centre, hospital and easy bus routes to my mates houses... but it currently has no heating.
why i hear you ask....

boiler got condemned. loooong story which i can't be bothered to type except to say only this: if an estate agent gets arsy and refuses to do their job properly, quote the landlord and tenants act at them. then they'll shut up, do as they're told and may even become really really accomodating to you. i promise!!!

ooooooh my goodness I've missed the internet.

the pics will be on sometime tomorrow. i currently have no hot water, (nothing that a few fills of my 4litre stockpot wont handle), and a gaping hole in my livingroom... but i do have a brand spanking new boiler in my upstairs cupboard. and the best bit....???

I'M NOT PAYING FOR ANY OF IT!!!
