I went for a walk today as you do to shed those excess pounds and had a look in the old bookshop in thirsk and they had a bargin bucket so i had a look through and found these two little goldmines
1 collinns gem alternative remedies isbn 0-00-470536-x
2 collins Herbs and healing plants of britain & europe by Dieter podlech
isbn 0-26-167405-6
the best thing about them that they cost £2.50 for both
what a total bargin
also made another 2 gallons of ginger beer today

Good find  I'm soo envious, if they offer me early retirement I'm taking it - I rarely get to town and the bookshops

I've got the herbs & healing plants book too. I was so pleased when I found it, but seem to forget to take it with me whenever I'm out walking. Must make more of an effort...
