They were talking about it on Radio4 this morning. They described it as more like an 'auto-rickshaw' It is being marketed in India to the people who drive Mopeds, etc around - the ones that you see loaded with a family of four with their dog, chickens and suitcases.
I can't see the car being available here for a while, but if they developed a neat hybrid version for the western market, I'd imagine it would do well.
