when I was in the UK I made a haven in the loft where I could practice my meditating. I put lots of silky fabrics about in beautiful colours, a soift rug on the floor, incense sticks and my CD player. Every nght I crawled up there and shut the loft door for 20 mins of complete relaxation. The feeling up there was just enuf to relax me and make the days stresses leave me. So try to keep the same palce for meditating - its does make the area full of good energy!

I absolutely love THE CELESTINE MEDITATIONS by SALLE MERRILL REDFIELD; Her hubby wrote the celestine prophecies and the CD is based on those. There are 2 guided meds - one is in an old growth forest, walking in amongst the trees - its beautiful. The other is a walk along a beach - this is lovely too. I have recommended this CD to at least 10 of my friends and they have all agreed with me that its the best theyve heard and really works. Heres a link for Amazon (hope Im allowed to do this) so that u can read other peoples opinions.

The other is GLENN HARROLD CREATING INNER PEACE AND CALM - this focus on making u believe in yourself and de-stressing. I use this when I reiki my friend who suffers from anxiety and depression and she says it really makes her feel better about herself. The link for this one too.

There are others I have that I enjoy (Dick Sutphen does some excellent stories where u are the main character) but these 2 are fab! Meditating comes with practice - yes its difficult if there are outside distractions but these are only about 20 mins a time.

Hope they benefit someone as much as they do for me!
