hello every1
i am very interested in learning how 2 find and cook various type's of wild edible's
i live in northern ca.(red bluff) and id like 2 know when is the right time 2 find cattail's(and where 2 find them)
what part's r the best and how 2 cook with them
if any1 would like 2 help me out here id really appreciate it
