Fruit of the month?
If you were thinking of having one, Seville Oranges for all that marmalade?

Yep, that's a good idea. January is a bit of a dead month fruit wise, unless of course you live downunder!
Nev? What's yer fruit trees giving out at this time of year? Koalaberries etc. Ho ho ho.
I do remember there being sooo much wonderful fruit in the Queensland markets (Eumundi) when I visited. I became a fruit bat for the whole time I was there.

The last time I made it I had varying results: Pure orange marmelade was rather stiff (slice of marmelade anybody? ), the 4-fruit marmelade was rather thin (good in yoghurt etc). I think it's a matter of plenty of experience to get it just right. Apart from that, there seem to be different ways of making it, but it was easy enough.
