Thanks boots. my hands are full of thorns as i was cleaning a little plot, that over grew to let the hens out on as there run is getting a bit mucky
it was a beautyful day.

Wouldn't the chooks clear that for you? Or is it a weird thorn that they can't have?

:flower: Hi boots, its the nettles and blackberry thorns they don't like they like the blackberries , i did not get to clean it back last year so i dug them up before they start to get growing again, do you have any poultry?
Is it warm down under , always wanted to go aus, i worked in uk, usa, holland, germany on horse stud farms never made it down under, to many
animals to go any were now.

Aw - yes I know that feeling. Have animals, have chores.... :mrgreen: I admit to missing my jaunts around Aus...

I only have a few chooks left, as I raise ducks. At last count I think there was about 50 on the range, with 19 in the hatchery and 7 just gone over to the feathering pen, and 3 in the freezer.

It has been heaps warm of late. Swinging from 30 to 40 where I am with the odd thunderstorm. But you won't hear me whinging...much prefer the heat to the cold. Am just a big sook when it gets cold. :flower:
