Just had a look for you, try http://www.ruralscene.co.uk

On their advert there are a few properties around £350,000 and also a '5 acre development opportunity' in wales for £165,000

Maybe something good for you on the website :)

Hello and a delayed welcome cityboydreaming.

A Chav, hmm hard to define without giving examples. Jordan and her fella (can't remember his name off the top of my head) are the crowned couple of Chav.

There are a few schools of thoughts on Chavs, it is either a derogatory term used to marginalise the working class by the middle classes. Or its a harmless term used to describe tracksuit and burbery wearing people who drive souped up cars with load steros playing urban music.

Well sort of anyway.

Well, in some parts of Scotland you wonder whether it is English they are speaking, too! :?

Originally from chava - Romany for a boy/man. also derogatorily for a 'hawker'/wide boy, it was used around here in the NE among locals for any boy or man who was suspected of having traveller origins or connections - until about 6 years ago when it was picked up by the media to describe 'bling' (ie heavy jewellery, lots of gold, hoop earrings etc) wearing young people and then it just seemed to get picked up by the mainstream to describe rather tacky celebrities. Children hereabouts are still called 'chavvies' though without the negative connotation. Sue[/i]
