Chris Bax is taking people on a tour of 'The Yorkshire Museum of Farming' at Murton near York on Sunday the 20th April. the day is called 'Food Glorious Food' and covers learning about the processes of growing, producing and preparing of fresh, local produce, including cheese making, jams and preserves, sausage making, cake making and lots more, including Chris Bax's 'Taste of the wild' tour understanding and identifying wild foods and herbs etc, and their uses in cooking.
