Hello from Leeds/Bristol!

Hello everyone!

It seemed about time I joined the Ish world so here I am! :hello2: I am a foraging addict, a bit OCD about jam-making, love being outdoors and dream of being a smallholder. :)

Hello Minamoo
I can't do great things, so I do little things with love.

Oooh but don't they just look lovely lined up the the jam cupboard, or jars of pepper jelly, all along the window cill, cooling down, the sun setting behind them, or rows of freshly made marmalade... erm

Hello and welcome Minamoo! I think you're in the right company!

Now if anyone knows how to combine foraging AND jam they'll be my friend forever! Still can't find a recipe for sea buckthorne jam but been seaching for years!
