Where are you?
In my living room
What can you see around you?
some toys and clothes, more toys, an upside down table which I think may have been a boat, and lots of books
What can you smell?
chicken and pumpkin soup ready to be consumed
What can you hear?
the ticking of a clock, the bubbling of soup, the occasional firework and the thankfully muffled squawking of children through the monitor
Who is with you?
no-one in the room, but ds1 and 2 upstairs and dh putting ds1 to bed
hopefully a night of soup, wine, and telly stretch ahead with minimal interruptions. Oh no, the fireworks have started again, so I'm sure at least one perisher will be with us before the night is out

In my dining room
What can you see around you?
Books, spinning wheel,piano, pantry, the kitchen, Mrs Wombat in nighty, dining room table covered in foody bits while the pantry is being tidied.
What can you smell?
Bugger all! I had a cold a month or so back and my sense of smell hasn't recovered.
What can you hear?
Tap dripping (gotta get up and tuen it off!)

What can you see around you? Not a lot, fairly tidy at the moment.
What can you smell? AnnPans stinky henna-hair
What can you hear? Gentle buzzing of laptop, and the odd distant firework.
Who is with you? AnnPan has just come into the room, E is in her cot in her room and the cat is asleep on her cushion out on the landing.
What can you see around you? Not a lot, fairly tidy at the moment.
What can you smell? AnnPans stinky henna-hair

Where are you? in my lounge squashed in the corner
What can you see around you? the remnants of the boys painting efforts..which include handprints on the wall...and strewn toys
What can you smell? my two windy cats
What can you hear? fireworks the tel and darren snoring on the sofa
Who is with you? minstrelcat 1 is on my lap, darren is asleep on the sofa and kitkat cat 2 is chasing a lone fly
