Hi All

Post: # 109056Post scarletwitch »

I found this forum quite by accident whilst looking for a ginger beer recipe and I must say it is fantastic. There is a veritable wealth of advice here and everyone is so friendly. May I thank you for services already rendered!!

My partner Sarah and I live in the lovely village of Blisworth, with the Grand Union canal at the bottom of our garden. We have, over the past few years totallt trashed and redegined our garden to be wildlife friendly, including a pond and wildflower area. We now have chickens (Black Rocks) who have also attempted to redesign the garden! So we now have nets protecting much of our work!

We also have an allotment where we grow most of our own veggies and a solar water heating system...expensive to install but incredibly efficient.

Our ultimate aim is to build our own eco house on a smallholding, a plan that we hope to embark upon sometime soon.

Sorry for the ramble but now you know it all! Well most of it......! :evil2:

All the best to all
Paul
