He got 6th place for 'open variety dog handling' which was mainly an adult class and basically a tough class for handling non sports or pedigree dogs.
He then went on to get a 2nd place for junior dog handler.
I told the judges of condition and asked they spoke to him in direct language and they were really good and I saw the look on the record keeper face when she realised he had a rosette due, she was REALLY pleased. He was shown no favours, except the judge leading him to do the thing he needed to do like walk the dog etc.
Anyway the pictures should tell you everything.

Coco and James were little nervous, collecting his 6th place rosette

James got a second in junior handling, his second rosette of the day!
