Just had to share with you all! We have just had our first field mushrooms of the year! Bit gritty, but jolly good!

It's been pretty poor here this year for shrooms with the exceptionally dry summer we've had but mrs C did spot these oyster mushrooms yesterday, the first I've ever seen on Raasay.
They were on a dead rowan tree and will go well with some chanterelles I picked last night 
please bear in mind when reading this post that i'm a taurus so prone to talking bull.
