Hello

Post: # 121428Post daisydoo »

Hi

Just like to introduce myself, I've been a bit of a lurker on this site and thought its time to say hello. I have a small veg plot and a couple of chickens (my girls) who lay the bestest eggs ever. Anyway I have a question and wonder if anyone can help me with this one. I'm being give 2 6wk old turkeys (hens) which I intend to fatten for Christmas. I've been advised which feed to give them, but to me it sounds like its the stuff which is pumped full of nasties and I'd like to feed them organically or as near as possible. Does anyone know the best feed to give them (they will be allowed to range during the day) to help get them nice and fat?

Thank you
Daisy

Hi Daisydoo and welcome. It might be best to ask this question in the livestock section as not everybody looks in here!
