New Mangaltiza Forum

I have created a new exclusive forum for Manalitza pig owners and enthusiasts,open to others not only here in France but other countries as well. As most know the breed has been reintroduced into UK after many years of absence, and here in France, they are such a novalty, that we are doing our best to increase their numbers, and educate people that it is a serious breed (fondly known in our area as chien cochon - dog pig). The meat has a place in the food chain, and with careful breeding and experience with the meat preparation, we hope to establish its position in the market place.
