My question is, there seems very little difference between cordial and wine making so how can I store my cordials without them fermenting? I was planning on bottling them in plastic bottles but can do glass, I suppose then I can sterilise them in the oven and add the liquid while warm (as in Jam making) to stop the yeasts growing?
My worry is the bottles exploding
On a side note - I plan on getting down to the brew shop at the weekend to buy my first wine making kit too
