I'm thrilled, although I'm guessing a lot of you already have ripe fruit But at least this year I can say I had the first red fruit on our allotment site

The micro tomato's by the front door have 6 red fruit and went to the polytunnel to find the first 4 red gardener's delight with others turning orange and I couldn't believe it when I saw three of the beefsteak looking rather orange.

I have loads of flowers and have noticed one teeny tiny green tomoto is starting to develop today. I have 9 plants in grow bags inside the greenhouse (beef, plum, Gardeners delight & cherry) and some planted in the veg bed & a load more in pots (far too small) outside the greenhouse, I really need to get some more grow bags & stake them before it's too late.

How fab!!
We have loads of green toms, some plants are in hanging baskets but most are in pots or grow bags. We have 17 in all, so I am hoping for loads.

Still green but plenty of toms and onto about 4-6 trusses and flowers so far - but these were bought plants obtained in early May as I couldn't sow any due to going away in April. I think compared to growing from seed I am at least 6 weeks advanced plus have the benefit of plants that weren't all weak and straggly due to being raised indoors on windowsills. Here's hoping.....

Anyway congrats on your red toms!
