Does anyone Recognise this plant please

Does anyone have any idea what this is, I propogated, put it in a grow bag, I thought it was a Chilly when small, but now it doesn't, the leaves smell and taste nice, so I am guessing a herb...........

A type of basil? I seem to remember Greek basil has small leaves like that... But the flavour would be quite distinct.

It looks a little bit like spearmint, but I presume you'd be able to identify that.

Our Greek Basil has much smaller leaves than that, but there are so many different varieties of basil it could be any.

greek or bush basil... looks too big to be majoram..

Umm...... now you come to mention it, it smells of, umm, Basil!

Thank you so much, I had no idea, when you don't know what it is and you have discounted that it could be basil, it didn't smell of taste of basil, now it does!
