We're slowly but surely inching towards more self sufficiency - we grow what we can in our teeny tiny patio garden, and I've recently discovered the joys of foraging, so hoping to get going on the late summer jam production soon. We're on a five year deadline for our self sufficient dream, so there'll probably be lots of panicky updates from me in the coming months and years.

Hello! Another South East-er (Easter?!)
Hi, I'm in West Sussex and just thought I'd drop a hello in before I go and scour the other boards - there's so much fascinating info in there that I can see nothing else getting done today until I've finished...

Hello, and welcome to Ish.
Your name is a bit puzzling - not something I would normally connect with the South East!
