Hello from Cambs

We love hearing from you, so here is your chance. Introduce yourself and tell us what makes you selfsufficient 'ish'. Go on don't be shy, we welcome one and all. You can also tell us how you heard about us if you like.

Hello from Cambs

Post: # 165869Post JoseyJo »

Hello, I've just joined after using this site quite a bit over the last couple of years for advice and ideas. I live with my partner and 2 children, and do a little bit towards self-sufficiency but dream of much more.... We have had chickens for 3 months and think they're great. We grow some fruit & veg but want to grow more. We've just got a huge harvest of plums and are planning on attempting to make some plum wine - hence my visit to the site today! I might be asking lots of wine related questions over the next few weeks...
Bye for now, Jo

Welcome to ISH :flower:

Can't help on the wine front personally, but I'm sure you'll find pleanty on here who can offer you advise &, more importantly, encouragement.
