Hi
Does anyone know if there is anywhere is Bristol that sells cheese making equipment? (starter rennet cloth etc) The postage is so expensive if bought online.
I am on my third cheese making try and its always gone well, I made a small hard cheese which matured well and a few soft and semi-soft cheeses which were v tasty.
I did a course with Rita Ash through the Soil Association.
