Hello From Southern Bulgaria

Hello All,

I have been semi self sufficient for the last two years out in Bulgaria, it was the only place where I could afford enough land to feed myself. I have chickens and bees, and I might try a pig soon! As well as 2 acres of land on which I can grow most of my own food, all organic. I am a novice at most things, but found that everything can be achieved with advice and practice!
