New to the Site
Hi All,
Stumbled across this website when searching for some information on a Stanley Superstar gas fired range cooker, quite a few interesting forums..
My family have just moved into a small village just out side Bristol, trying to escape (a little bit) from the busyness (not sure if that’s a word) of day to day life, with a view to growing all our own veg and getting a couple of chickens etc, etc.
We have a Stanley Superstar range cooker that keeps on tripping out after approx 15 minutes use (in oven and/or hot plate mode) and have to wait 20 minutes or so before we can reset it. Does any body have any ideas?
Thanks

Can't help with the cooker problem, I'm afraid. But wanted to say hello and welcome to Ish-world!

Re: New to the Site

I got exited when you mentioned stanleys.... and then you said 'gas'... so that's me out the equation, because mine is a solid fuel & uses mainly turf, so I have no idea!
But welcome anyway!

Thanks to all of you for making me feel so welcome! I think as time goes on, I’ll be after more and more advice from this friendly website.
Hopefully I’ll get some info on my Stanley, sorry it's gas!!! But you get what you’re given. Maybe a conversion is required!
