Jane and i were out were out on a little walk again today and came across some wonderful sea buckthorn bushes, i'm going to leave it a couple of weeks then harvest a few pounds as i have found a great recipie for seabuckthorn cheesecake mmmmmmm

Mmm..... Tart & orangy with a distinctive tang. I love them, but harvesting them can be really painful - and they tend to explode when they're ripe too!
