beetroot and a lazy pickling !!
ok some of my beetroot be ready soon ,is it a case of boiling the beetroot sterilise jars slice and chuck in malt vinegar ?how long will it keep for?

When I used to do beetroot, that was pretty much the process. I used to try and be "good" and not chuck any sugar in, but was never really satisfied with the result!
