New from Denmark

Well.........I Have been self-sufficient-ish for many years. But have only recently realized that I am. I live in Denmark. Have an allotment near Copenhagen. Bake bread, make jam, Don’t know a mushroom from a toadstool. And was inspired long ago by John Seymour - which shows my age!

Nice to meet other -ishers!

welcome. I am more frugal than self sufficient. So I don't grow anything but do forage quite a bit and make lots of meals from scratch. I love to make for my friend so in fact yesterday made a walnut and banana cake but only 1/3rd stays in the house the other 2/3 rds are given to good friends. Still it makes me feel good.Nice to meet you, look forward to more posts.
