hello from bristol
hi all, I have joined the forum as I realise that food isn't created in packets by supermarkets
I work as a sales rep and at dinner time I like a little walk to see what I can find for supper, or maybe just a little addition to my sandwiches
jack by the hedge in pork sarnies was nice on monday, and I stumbled across three rings of st georges mushrooms today, which is my first fungi find of the season. look forward to them tomorrow with nettle omlette
comfrey and mackrel last week
over the last 24months I have purchased many books to keep a small library in my car, I guess it started with the "book of ray" ray mears wild food after watching the programs. and I was inspired by a wee stop in a pine forest in the rhondda valley which was filled with thousands of russulas, travelling is the best part of my job and keeping a mental note of my finds for the next season
I look forward to seeing what you lot eat!!!

Welcome from just up the road in Wiltshire.
Has anyone seen the plot, I seem to have lost mine?

Hi there and welcome

Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
