Thank the Lord, I left London 20 yrs ago.
Come to that, thank the Lord I left England prior to the Blair and Cameron era.
I can't do great things, so I do little things with love.

Re: Olympic News
I was in Stratford today meeting a friend and it just doesn't feel like Stratford at all! The shopping centre was full of news teams and cameras and every other passer by has some sort of official pass or uniform - very wierd! Noticed that the Swiss team have an apple with an arrow through it on the back of their jackets - took me a while to work out that this may be a reference to William Tell! (I'm not very bright.....)
