now this is good.
1kg peaches or nectarines stoned and chopped (i used nectarines so didn't peel them)
2 large onions chopped
100g sultanas
375g brown sugar
ginger grated
chilli
mustard seeds 300 ml white vinegar
1tsp salt or to taste
boil away till you can make a clear channel across the bottom of the pan with the spoon, about 1 and a half hours. it's a bit like mango chutney and good with cheese or with curry
peach pickle
