selfsufficientish courses in Henley and Wiltshire

Do you know about an event that you want to talk about? Is there a campaign you have started, are involved in or want to start? Inspired by Marvin Gaye this is your place to tell the world what's going on.

selfsufficientish courses in Henley and Wiltshire

Post: # 28024Post Andy Hamilton »

first of all if you want to give a hand to a former emploee if the soil association and also learn at the same time some organic gardeing techniques at her market garden then you can free of charge. email - thepatch@bosleypatch.co.uk - Tasmin Lovatt is her name and tell her that andy from selfsufficientish mentioned.

Her patch is in Henley on Thames at Swiss Farm camping site.

Also in wiltshire on a Saturday for £15 we have the option (thanks to Den the Cats contacts) to run day courses. This can be slightly taliored if we get enough people and decide on what we would like. so container gardening and growing herbs could be a day, or basic livestock and ethical farming could be a day.

Sounds good... too far for us but surely of interest to people down that way.
