Re: Spring?
It's not quite spring here but the dandelions are putting up plenty of leaf growth - local town turns yellow in March.

Re: Spring?
It's definitely spring, they have started picking daffs in the daffodil field opposite.
Doesn't feel like spring though.

Re: Spring?
Daffs are a bit later here, but I bought a bunch of English ones today.

Re: Spring?
We have the first indications of spring here after what has been a crazily mild winter, really. We've had perhaps 3 or 4 hard frosts.
Daffs are poking their heads up here, but they're pretty far behind the rest of the country's daffs - I definitely planted them far too late.
Need to finish building the cold frame this weekend so I can get this year's planting underway :)

Re: Spring?
Unfortunately, the Severe Weather Warning FB page is saying that arctic conditions will probably affect all but the most westerly areas next week. So make sure you've got some indoor work to be getting on with!
Hopefully they're wrong.

Re: Spring?
Not here, they're forecasting overnight lows of 11c for the next 7 days, although not much higher during the day.
The mimosa tree just up the road is now in bloom.
Not mine though, my tree is about 20 years old and has NEVER bloomed, due totally to the flower buds getting salt blasted off every winter.
I do have a row of peas in full bloom though
