My seeds Booooohoooo

I was so proud of how my seedlings where coming along. I had about 10 trays of different veg seeds growing quite nicely in my 5 shelved cold frame. I was happily making a cuppa in the kitchen looking out the window at the trees blowing around and then I saw it.............. My cold frame falling over in the wind. Oh man I could have cried. The whole lot fell over into a pile on the ground. I picked as many seedlings out and replanted them, but they are all mixed up now. Have to start again now.

My sympathies! I think most of us have been there with cold frames and mini greenhouses and tunnels blowing away in the wind.

But but...that just adds to the fun...random seedlings growing, not knowing which one's which til they get to a good size!

Its how my veg patch ends up every year...

Oh dear, I'm so sorry to hear that... I have some seeds out in the ground already, but covered up with fleece - so far I managed to keep the fleece on the ground (on top of a "cage") - but with all that wind I except something to take off one of these days!

My seedlings are still all in the house. That's dangerous enough for my liking - you know, cats and seed trays...
