absolutely on the swap Muddywitch. My house has been without power for 12 hours now so I have decamped to my mothers. Got down to a low of 36C last night. Am I complaining, yes, sorry. Would love some rain, some cloud, some cool. I promise I wont keep updating you with the temp.

Hello Sleepyowl, I got it a bit wrong it was 45.6C today, hottest day in 70 years and second hottest day on record. My chooks (The Girls) were still panting at 8.00pm this evening.

JulieSherris you read my mind, I was going to ask about the tea/coffee making facilities. One other thing, with the radiators, can you hang wet things on them to dry? Thanks for the info. I just had a quick skim of your blog - good stuff. Hope you will be posting some pics soon too.
