apple and elderberry jam, its delicious. i made some yesterday with berries i've had in the freezer. theres plenty of recipies online.

The English solution is to eat Marmite. Supposedly to do with vitamin B but wouldn't swear that it works. i eat a lot of marmite (several helping a day) and i still get eaten alive especially in bed at night, i cant stand to have the window closed when its hot and stuffy. my other half doesnt get b...

i'm just about to have my first go at pickling beetroot, when i've cooked the beets and boiled the vinegar do i add it all to the jar hot or should i wait untill they're cold? thanks
