What kind of preserving are you wanting to do? Are you thinking of jam and chutney or making bacon and ham?

hepsibah it pickling chutneys etc i have got some recipes from shiney but i want to know about sterilising jars sealing and more recipes an idiots guide to the a-z of pickling etc.
