Bounty bar but not as you know them - good one
You require
8 fl oz hot cooked mashed POTATOES
2 tsp butter, softened
36 fl oz icing sugar
20 fl oz dessicated coconut
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 ounces dark chocolate
Method
You can use a measuring jug for this recipe.
Line a baking tin with foil.
In a bowl mix mashed spuds with sugar, butter, coconut, salt and vanilla, when nicely mixed spread across bottom of tin.
Melt chocolate, spread over mix in tin.
Allow to cool chop into bars or chunks and scoff.
Came off a discussion of growing spuds in tubs - someone wanted some different recipes for spuds.

This is definitely different! Might try it though when our potato crop comes in. I do love coconut!Flo wrote:
